• The Managing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall stewardship of the Bank, ensuring sustainable profitability, regulatory compliance, sound risk governance, and adherence to non-interest/Islamic banking principles.
• The role drives execution of Board-approved strategy, business growth, financial performance, digital transformation, operational resilience, and stakeholder confidence.
• Key responsibilities include governance oversight, regulatory engagement, risk management, balance sheet optimization, market expansion, treasury and liquidity management, talent development, and Shari’ah compliance.
• The position requires extensive banking experience, strong commercial acumen, executive leadership capability, and deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and non-interest banking practices.
