Job Title: Room Steward

Job Summary
- As a Room Steward & Public Area Attendant, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in our guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence will provide our guests with a truly unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to exceptional standards
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Restock linens, amenities, and supplies
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost or found items
- Provide turndown service and prepare rooms for arrival
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality (desirable)
- 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy carts and equipment
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with hotel operating systems
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Certification in infection control, hygiene, or environmental sustainability
