Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen our market position, drive growth, and enhance brand equity.
- The ideal candidate will bridge creativity and business strategy—ensuring that all brand communications, campaigns, and experiences are aligned with our company vision and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, experiential, and social platforms).
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns.
- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all creative outputs reflect brand standards and strategic direction.
Market & Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer insights to refine messaging and engagement strategies.
- Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements where necessary.
Performance & Analytics:
- Track and report on brand KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize brand initiatives and marketing efforts.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, sales, product, digital) to ensure alignment.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors where applicable.
- Present brand strategies and campaign performance to senior leadership.
Brand Governance:
- Maintain and update brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across all internal and external communications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Brand awareness and engagement growth
- Campaign performance metrics (reach, conversions, ROI)
- Brand consistency across channels
- Market share growth
- Customer sentiment and perception metrics
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–7 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role (experience in a creative agency or creative-driven environment is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of branding principles, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
- Proven experience managing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- High level of creativity with strong commercial awareness.

Remuneration
N450,000 - N600,000 / Month (Negotiable)
