Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join a well establish courier and interstate passenger transport business.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong network of existing corporate clients and proven experience in the passenger transport, logistics, and courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for interstate passenger transport and courier services.
• Leverage an existing client base to drive immediate revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Work closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's / Master`s Degree
• 3 - 5 years' experience in sales within a courier, logistics, or interstate passenger transport company.
• Must have an existing portfolio of active clients and strong industry contacts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the courier, logistics, and interstate transport market.
