Speedaf Express is a diversified integrated logistics solution provider. We are building an intra-Africa and China-Africa service network to support air, sea, and road transportation. Since founded, we have been constantly expanding global networks, developing products, and introducing IT technology and equipment to realize automatic operations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers within logistics, express delivery, and e-commerce.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with Operations.
  • Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and report using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field 
  • 4–7 years’ experience in sales or business development within logistics, courier, express delivery, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, last-mile delivery, and B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Existing industry customer network is a plus.
