About the Role

• Our client in the media spaceis looking for a Head of Operations who is forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and passionate about building systems that drive growth.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized, and capable of identifying operational gaps while implementing sustainable solutions.
• This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions; we need a self-led individual who thinks strategically and executes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve operational systems and workflows across the organization.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with management to execute the company's vision and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
• Oversee internal processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Leverage digital tools and technology to optimize operations.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular operational reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience using productivity and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
