Job Summary
- The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Proven sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
