Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Personnel to drive our business growth by identifying leads, visiting prospective clients, and converting them into customers.
  • The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
  • The role also involves promoting the company’s products and services, negotiating sales, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Client visits: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales conversion: Persuade and convert prospects into long-term clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Sales reporting: Keep track of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead generation: Identify potential clients and businesses that can benefit from our energy solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of a BSc
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Remuneration

  • Base salary plus commission tied to performance and achievement of set targets.
