Job Title: CEO Force Multiplier - Business Operations and Growth
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Role Summary
- This is not a traditional Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- The successful candidate will serve as a strategic execution partner, working directly with an entrepreneurial founder to translate vision and high-level decisions into coordinated organizational action.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn CEO priorities into clear action plans, deadlines, and tracked deliverables.
- Follow up with department heads and teams to drive cross-functional performance.
- Identify business bottlenecks and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
- Support high-level business development, partnerships, and expansion goals.
- Prepare decision briefs and progress reports; represent the CEO when authorized.
- Work across physical spaces/retail stores and travel locally or internationally as needed.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in business operations, project execution, BD, or strategy implementation.
- Strong organizational coordination skills with the confidence to hold senior leaders accountable.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with sharp, hands-on execution.
- Exceptional judgment, absolute discretion, and robust problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly with an active, highly involved founder.
- Capable of advising, constructively challenging ideas, and making data-backed recommendations.
