We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health, Safety & Sustainability Specialist

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• The Health, Safety & Sustainability Specialist will provide technical leadership on Occupational Health & Safety (ORS), Community Health & Safety (CHS), sustainability planning, environmental monitoring, and implementation of Environmental and Social
• Management Plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
• Develop ESMPs.
• Prepare monitoring indicators.
• Assess occupational health and community safety risks.
• Develop emergency response procedures.
• conduct HSE audits.
• Monitor environmental compliance.
• Support sustainability reporting.
• Advise clients on ESG implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Knowledge of IFC EHS Guidelines.
