About the Role

  • We are seeking on-behalf of our client an experienced and highly professional House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury private residence.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in5-star hospitality or luxury household management, with the ability to lead a large domestic team, uphold exceptional service standards, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of a high-end household.
  • This is a leadership role requiring discretion, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of a luxury lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and housekeeping protocols.
  • Ensure excellence in Food & Beverage (F&B) service, including formal dining, guest entertaining, and event support.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, training, performance management, and daily task allocation.
  • Monitor household inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality throughout the residence.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all aspects of household management.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experience in 5-star hospitality, luxury hotels, luxury resorts, private estates, or executive household management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including formal dining etiquette and luxury service standards.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of at least 20 staff members in a hospitality or household environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
