Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead our people operations in Abuja. You will own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to engagement, while ensuring our HR policies support a fair, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding:

• Design and manage a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Coordinate documentation, equipment setup, and orientation programs
• Partner with department heads to ensure role clarity and 90-day integration plans
• Track onboarding feedback and improve the process

Employee Relations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
• Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and exit interviews professionally
• Promote employee wellbeing, recognition, and retention programs

HR Policies:

• Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and employee handbook
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and best HR practices
• Manage leave administration, contracts, and HR records
• Advise management on policy interpretation and organizational changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3+ years in an HR role, with at least 1 year handling onboarding, ER, and policy development
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labor Act, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS. Experience with payroll systems is a plus
• Discreet, people-focused, and able to balance empathy with business needs.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
