Role Summary

• We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across key digital platforms.
• The successful candidate will develop engaging content, grow online communities, strengthen brand visibility, and use performance insights to support marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage content calendars across relevant platforms.
• Lead content creation, copywriting, and creative direction for social media campaigns.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and online conversations.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize content based on insights.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and protect the brand's online reputation.
• Prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years' experience managing social media for FMCG, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other leading social media platforms.
• Proven experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative editing tools.
• Experience building and managing engaged online communities.
