Job Title: Technical Lead / Developer

Location: Nigeria

Role Summary

• The Technical Lead is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and database structure
• Develop frontend and backend components
• Build search, filtering, and submission systems
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and performance
• Manage hosting, deployment, and security
• Troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in web development
• Experience with databases and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Laravel, or similar)
• Strong frontend and backend skills
• Experience building data-driven platforms.
