About the Role

• We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building scalable web applications, designing efficient backend systems, and delivering clean, maintainable code.
• You will work across the full software development lifecycle — from designing user interfaces and developing APIs to database management, performance optimization, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize modern web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using NestJS or Express.js.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop reusable frontend components with clean and maintainable code.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, backend engineers, and product teams.
• Write efficient, secure, and well-documented code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Work with Git-based workflows and agile development processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Node.js backend development.
• Experience with NestJS and/or Express.js frameworks.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Good understanding of REST API design and integration.
• Experience with database design, query optimization, and ORM tools.
• Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT, OAuth, and session management.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of software architecture, clean code, and design patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with testing frameworks.
