Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor
Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

About the Role
- We’re looking for a hands-on Field Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and grow a team of field sales representatives in Abuja.
- You’ll be responsible for driving sales targets, expanding territory coverage, and making sure our brand is well represented in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of field sales reps. Set daily/weekly targets and monitor performance
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for Abuja territory. Do joint field visits and close key accounts with reps
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail outlets across Abuja. Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Track daily sales activities, prepare weekly reports on performance, pipeline, and market feedback
- Ensure proper product visibility, pricing, and promo execution at all outlets
- Support and monitor timely debt recovery from customers
- Provide insights on competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends to management
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years in field sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role. FMCG, telecom, or consumer goods experience is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills. Team coaching ability. Good knowledge of Abuja market and trade channels.
