Job Description
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Planning Manager to lead planning operations, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the efficient execution of projects and business activities in line with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related disciple with solid background in demand planning, inventory optimization and asset utilization.
- Master's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage. Professional certification such as CPIM and CSCP will be an added advantage.
- 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in material planning, demand planning or inventory management within the oil and gas, manufacturing or related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment planning and supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including minimum, maximum and safety stock management. Sound knowledge of risk assessment and business continuity planning for supply chain resilience.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting and dashboard development.
