Description

• We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in achieving its people and business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Male candidate for gender balance
• A minimum of 3 years of HR experience
• Must hold a recognised HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must reside within or around the Ajah–Epe axis
• Experience in an educational setting is an added advantage.
