Ringardas Nigeria Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 22nd November, 2005. Its primary business includes the importation, storage, marketing and distribution of Bitumen, Bituminous products and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer 

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Officer to manage our accounts payable processes, ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, and support the organization's financial operations through strong financial controls and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Economics or related disciple.
• 2-5 years' relevant experience in accounts payable, financial accounting, reporting or auditing within a structured organization.
• Hands-on experience in invoice verification, three-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt Note and Invoice), payment processing and vendor account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably finance and accounting modules.
