We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional pickup and delivery of parcels, documents, and other shipments to customers and designated locations.
• We’re looking for a disciplined, customer-focused, and safety-conscious rider professionally while ensuring full compliance with company operational procedures, road safety regulations, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and shipments within agreed service timelines
• Ensure all shipments are handled safely and delivered in good condition
• Verify shipment details before dispatch and confirm delivery accuracy
• Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD), customer signatures, or other required delivery confirmations
• Perform daily inspections of the assigned motorcycle and promptly report faults or maintenance issues
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Accurately update delivery status using the company’s approved systems and processes
• Safeguard company assets, customer shipments, and confidential information entrusted to your care.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE / WAEC qualification
• Valid Rider’s Permit and LASDRI Card (or equivalent applicable documentation)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar delivery role
• Good knowledge of road networks within the assigned location
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physically fit and capable of handling delivery operations
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• No record of criminal conviction and must successfully pass background verification
• Willingness to work Saturdays and across assigned delivery routes.

Salary
N129,000 Gross Monthly.
