Job Title: Cashier

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Abuja.
• You will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, maintaining cash records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Transactions & Payments:

• Process sales transactions: cash, POS, and bank transfers accurately and efficiently
• Issue receipts and ensure all payments are properly recorded
• Balance cash register at the start and end of each shift

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and attend to inquiries professionally
• Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate where needed

Record Keeping & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate daily sales and cash reports
• Ensure cash handling procedures and company policies are followed
• Work with the store/account team for reconciliation and audit

Requirements

• SSCE minimum.
• 1-2 years experience as a Cashier in retail, supermarket, or FMCG is preferred
• Good numeracy, attention to detail, and basic computer/POS skills
• Honest, trustworthy, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
