Job Title: Client Growth Executive (Business Development / Sales)

Location: Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos (On-site / Hybrid)

Job Description

  • Paycita is looking for a Client Growth Executive who will help us bring new businesses on board, grow client relationships, and expand our impact across Nigeria.
  • If you have the energy of a marketer, the confidence of a sales professional, and the drive of an entrepreneur, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients.
  • Conduct product demos and close subscription deals.
  • Manage and grow client relationships.
  • Prevent churn and drive retention.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Attend weekly performance reviews and submit reports.

Who You Are

  • OND / HND / BSc in marketing, business admin, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, ambitious, and target-driven.
  • Fintech, SaaS, or digital service experience is a plus.
