Job Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role
- We are looking for a professional, warm, and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our office in Abuja.
- You’ll manage reception duties, support admin operations, and ensure every guest and client has a great first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle meeting room bookings, appointments, and coordinate with internal teams
- Manage switchboard, maintain reception area, and ensure a neat and welcoming environment
- Prepare basic reports, keep records updated, and handle cash handling/receipts where applicable
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any related field
- 1-2 years experience in a front desk, customer service, or admin role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, good phone etiquette, and customer service mindset
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and basic office equipment
- Presentable, punctual, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Must be based in Abuja.
Salary
N213,000 - N150,000 monthly.
