Job Title: Admin Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Reports To: Managing Director
Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager/Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director while overseeing daily office operations.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the MD (calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence)
- Manage office operations, administration, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate internal communication and act as a liaison between the MD and staff
- Oversee office budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives
- Ensure availability and maintenance of work tools and office resources
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Organize meetings, events, and company logistics
- Monitor administrative processes and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
