We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Reports To: Managing Director

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager/Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director while overseeing daily office operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the MD (calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence)
  • Manage office operations, administration, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate internal communication and act as a liaison between the MD and staff
  • Oversee office budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives
  • Ensure availability and maintenance of work tools and office resources
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Organize meetings, events, and company logistics
  • Monitor administrative processes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
