Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary 

• We're looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive exceptional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
• Conduct property inspections with prospective clients when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Train and mentor new sales consultants.
• Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Must reside in Lagos.
