Job Summary
- We are hiring a proactive Merchandiser to drive product visibility, availability, and execution across assigned outlets.
- The role ensures products are properly displayed, well-stocked, competitively priced, and aligned with brand standards to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and adherence to merchandising standards
- Monitor stock levels, prevent stock-outs, and enforce FIFO
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet staff
- Execute in-store promotions, product launches, and activations
- Monitor freezer conditions and ensure cold chain compliance
- Submit daily reports on stock, sales, and market insights
- Track and manage company assets (freezers, POS materials).
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year experience in FMCG merchandising, sales, or distribution
- Good knowledge of retail/open market environment
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Physically fit for field operations.
