We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Supervisor (Events)

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily event operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee event setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and breakdown activities.
• Monitor and manage event staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure all event timelines, schedules, and operational standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Resolve operational issues promptly during events and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare post-event operational reports and evaluate team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc.Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in event operations, event management, hospitality, or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours when required.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
