Job Summary

• Two families in Lagos are seeking highly experienced, professional, and educated live-in nannies to provide exceptional care and developmental support for their children.
• One family has school-age children and a baby while the other family has a school age child.
• We are looking for candidates who are passionate about childcare, possess excellent communication skills, and can uphold the highest standards expected in a private household.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care for the children
• Support children's educational, emotional, and social development through engaging and stimulating activities
• Read books, encourage language development, and organise creative and educational play
• Assist school-age children with homework, school routines, and positive learning habits
• Plan age-appropriate developmental activities for the 1-year-old to promote cognitive, language, sensory, and motor skills
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children when required
• Maintain daily routines, including feeding, naps, hygiene, and bedtime preparations
• Keep the children's bedrooms, wardrobes, toys, books, and play areas clean, organised, and well maintained
• Accompany the children to school runs, appointments, or outings when required
• Work closely with parents and consistently follow household rules and childcare preferences.

Ideal Candidate

• Female, aged 28–40years
• Minimum of 5 years' professional nanny experience
• Experience caring for toddlers and/or school-age children is essential
• Qualification or training in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Montessori, or a related field is an added advantage
• Previous experience working in high-net-worth or private households is highly desirable
• Speaks fluent English with excellent grammar, clear diction, proper pronunciation, and strong communication skills
• Patient, nurturing, emotionally intelligent, proactive, organised, and highly professional
• Able to maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest level of discretion.

• Salary: N200,000 / month and above.
