Job Summary
- FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and highly organized Administrative Officer to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced logistics organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Ultimately, you will contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring administrative processes are well-coordinated, compliant, and effectively executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Support logistics and operations teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and preparing routine reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience within the logistics, transportation, or related industry is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N120,000 monthly + Other Incentives.
