Job Summary

  • FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and highly organized Administrative Officer to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced logistics organization.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ultimately, you will contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring administrative processes are well-coordinated, compliant, and effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Support logistics and operations teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and preparing routine reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience within the logistics, transportation, or related industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Saturday

Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Mode:

  • Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote).

Salary
N120,000 monthly + Other Incentives.
