As we are expanding our operations across the South-West region, we are seeking qualified professionals for both white-collar and blue-collar roles in the capacity below:

Job Title: Factory Worker

Locations: Lagos; Abeokuta - Ogun; Okitipupa, Ado Ekiti - Ekiti; Ibadan - Oyo; Ore - Ondo; and Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assignedproduction tasks including boiler operations,loading, sterilizer platform operations, threshing, press and decantation processes, kernel separation, and general cleaning activities.
• Operatemachinery and equipment safely and responsibly in accordance with established operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to the Company's Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability (HSES) policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout each shift.
• Meet assigned daily production targets without compromising product quality, safety, or operational efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any faults, abnormalities, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the Supervisor.
• Support sterilization, threshing, digestion, pressing, clarification, kernel recovery, and other mill processes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in a manufacturing, production, or palm oil processing environment is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong work ethic, disciplined, reliable, and safety conscious.
• Willing to work shifts and ready to go the extra mile to achieve production targets.
• Willing to relocate to the site location, as accomodation is provided.
