Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Ogere-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to carry out boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and other basic surveying works.
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and modern survey equipment, with the ability to produce accurate survey data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct boundary, topographic, and site surveys.
• Operate survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Prepare and interpret survey plans, maps, and reports.
• Use AutoCAD for drafting and updating survey drawings.
• Verify property boundaries and assist with land measurements.
• Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams on site.
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards and safety procedures.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Experience in boundary and topographic surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 / Month (Based on Experience).
