We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Construction
Reports To: Head, Construction Department

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion.
• Develop creative, functional and sustainable design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality and corporate spaces.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
• Perform building envelope design and analysis
• Perform energy, daylight, and life-cycle analysis
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, clients and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Integrate computational workflows into traditional project delivery
• Produce detailed specifications, BOQs and construction documents.
• Participate in on-site coordination when projects require
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards and regulations.
• Collaborate on parametric and generative design solutions
• Conduct site visits, design reviews and project inspections.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
• Proven portfolio of successfully completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, construction and detailing.
• Excellent design, visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork and client relationship skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
