Job Summary
- We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.
- The Waitress will provide excellent customer service by attending to guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and service delivery.
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
Experience:
- Previous hospitality experience is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Salary
N70,000 per month.
