We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Oregun - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday – Friday

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Loan Collection Officer to join our team in Oregun, Ikeja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding loans, engaging with customers professionally, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue loan repayments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally through chat and other communication platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Monitor repayment schedules and follow up with customers accordingly.
• Escalate unresolved cases when necessary.
• Meet and exceed assigned collection targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Loan Collection Officer or in a similar debt recovery role.
• Experience handling customer chats and customer service interactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• NCE, SSCE applicants only
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with messaging platforms.
• Candidate must be close to Oregun.

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 monthly.
• Basic Salary: N50,000 KPI
