Job Title: Finance and Accounts Professional

Job Summary

• We are looking for a diligent Finance & Accounts Professional responsible for supporting decision-making and overseeing financial information.
• The Finance & Account Professional responsibilities include producing budgets, overseeing tax payments, and conducting internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Preparing budgets for the organization.
• Managing cash flows in order to ensure liquidity
• Carry out detailed financial analysis and performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitoring and controlling costs in order to ensure efficiency
• Conducting internal audits.
• Overseeing tax payments.
• Monitoring and reporting on accounting inconsistencies.
• Keeping up to date with financial policies, practices, and regulations.
• Liaising with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience required in an accounting or finance role
• ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting competencies.
• Time management skills.
