Job Description
- The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing HR functions and supporting the overall workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- Handle HR inquiries and provide support to staff as needed.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Proven experience in HR administration or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
