Job Summary

  • We are recruiting the role of Head of Strategy and Growth for our client, a premium concierge and VVIP services company delivering discreet, high-touch experiences to an exclusive clientele.
  • The Head of Strategy & Growth drives commercial growth, brand positioning and external relationships for VVIP FastTrack. Responsible for revenue growth, partnerships and market expansion.
  • This leader shapes how the brand is seen, opens the doors that matter, and builds the pipeline that fuels the next phase of the business. This is a high-visibility role for a commercially astute executive with strong relationships and a growth mindset.

Key Focus Areas
You will provide strategic and operational oversight across the following functions:

  • Business Development & Partnerships — originating new business, strategic alliances, and high-value partnerships.
  • Marketing & Brand — brand positioning, marketing strategy, and market presence. Pipeline development and conversion, Brand and marketing that strengthen market positioning
  • Communications & PR — corporate communications, public relations, and reputation management.
  • Investor Relations — engagement with investors and stakeholders to support the company's growth agenda. Revenue growth and commercial performance
  • Government & Public Sector Relations — public-sector engagement and stakeholder liaison. Partnerships and alliances that expand reach and capability. 
  • New Product & Offer Development — designing new services and offers that expand the company's value proposition.
  • Partner satisfaction and long-term relationship value.
  • Customer acquisition and retention.
  • Team effectiveness across the growth function.

Person Specification & Competency Profile

  • A relevant degree; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Must possess Startup Energy and experience.
  • A senior commercial leader with a strong track record in business development, growth or strategy, ideally within luxury, hospitality, professional services or a premium brand.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, building partnerships, and expanding into new markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across private and public sectors, including government and high-net-worth stakeholders.
  • Strong brand, marketing and communications judgement, with the polish to represent a premium brand externally.

Salary
