Job Summary

  • They are  looking for a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our online presence.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging healthcare content, managing our social media platforms, growing our online community, and increasing brand awareness while promoting our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Produce educational content on diagnostics, preventive healthcare, wellness, and laboratory services.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and patient awareness initiatives.
  • Design graphics, reels, carousels, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase patient bookings.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with laboratory scientists, healthcare professionals, and management to develop accurate and informative healthcare content.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Protect and enhance the company's online reputation by monitoring reviews and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years experience managing social media for a healthcare organization, corporate brand, or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
