Job Title: Senior Executive, Market Access

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

  • We are seeking dynamic and results-driven personnels to promote and grow our product portfolio. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders, while driving sales growth and market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare institutions, physicians, pharmacists, nutritionists, and corporate organizations.
  • Identify, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Product presentations, and business development initiatives that aligns with the company’s product offerings.
  • Work with all Agencies (International & Local) for shaping government policies, drive products acceptability and procurements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
  • Stay appropriately networked and keep abreast of trends, news, procurement, and deadlines within both Government, healthcare and Private sectors so that all possible, new or enhanced opportunities are adequately utilized.
  • Develop and execute territorial sales plans and activities in line with the company’s strategic objectives and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
  • Participate in product launches, medical conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.

Qualification & Skills

  • BSc/HND in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years cognate work experience in medical sales.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills Strategic and the ability to develop good relations with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership skill.
