Job Title: Client Acquisition Officer (Real Estate)

Location: Abuja

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Abuja.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, marketing residential and commercial properties, conducting property inspections, and closing sales.
  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to build a rewarding career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and prospecting.
  • Market and promote residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
  • Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and prospects.
  • Follow up consistently on enquiries to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Abuja's real estate market is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation
Pay Structure

  • Basic Salary: N100,000 per month
  • 3% Commission on every successful property sale
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to ₦350,000+ per month, based on performance
  • There is no cap on commissions—the more you sell, the more you earn.
