We commenced training operations as Hands-on Institute of Information Technology (HiiT) on Monday, 15th April 1996, and we have graduated over 50,000 Students at our Training Centres across the Nation in the past 26 years.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full time

Role Summary

  • The purpose of our DMSM position is to develop Marketing and Sales Strategies and lead its execution to achieve the company's Sales goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilites

  • Achieve Managements Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with our Busins Plan.
  • Create Social Media Marketing strategies- campaigns (including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules to achieve
  • Ensure Brand consistency in our Social Media Nlarketing positioning by working with relevant internal and external teams/ stakeholders.
  • Grow and expand company social media presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, "likTok, WhatsApp and Telegram,
  • Ensure the circulation of engaging written or graphic contents in the form Ofe- newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
  • Conduct market research and submit report to Management.

Qualification and Experience

  • Education- First Degree in any field (2/2 minimum). MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience- Minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing, one of which must be as Team Lead or Manager.
  • Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).
  • Compatsation: Industry competitive with performance-tier commission.

Core & Skills:

  • Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplary business mindset and attention to ICT & Social Media skills 
  • At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and excellent Social Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
  • Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Performance Evidence- Clear evidence of achievements in Digital Marketing in past in last 3 years.
  • Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills.
