Job Summary

• We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative digital and offline marketing strategies.
• The ideal candidate understands how to generate sales, execute growth campaigns, and coordinate both virtual and physical marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase leads, sales, and customer retention.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
• Organize and execute offline marketing activities, partnerships, activations, and events.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and content teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
• Experience planning both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.

Salary
N200,000 / month asides incentives.
