We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administration Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • Provide administrative services proactively to meet the company’s requirements for a comfortable business environment.
  • Strategically works with the Employee Relations Manager to meet all requirement for office suppliers, office maintenance services, guest house services, Expatriate management, office purchases and car fleet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including office management, facilities, inventory and administrative support services.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and lead administrative staff, including liaising with outsourced service providers on applicable employee issues.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management/expatriates, including scheduling / planning applicable meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employees and executives as needed and also airport pickup/drop off and security escorts service.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records for administrative operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability.
  • Coordinate monthly knowledge sharing sessions and Beta Glass Women Network
  • Arrange and excellently execute all logistics for smooth visits of foreign visitors including processing of visa, flight reservations/confirmations and local logistics to meet visitors’ need.
  • Ensure guest house and expatriate houses are run smoothly and efficiently by monitoring steward performance, tracking of bookings and usages, furniture maintenance and other logistics needs.
  • Provide car fleet services by ensuring effective repairs of cars, monitor pool car movement and monitor fuel consumption and drivers’ conduct.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Professional qualification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

The Person Must Have:

  • In depth knowledge of expatriate movement and logistic requirements
  • In depth knowledge of protocol procedures in the international and local airports. 
  • Strong competencies in handling office administration.
  • Demonstrate ability to be of high integrity and accountability.
