Job Title: Male Receptionist (Night)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a courteous, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist Male to join our team who will be on constant Night duty.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and clients while providing administrative support and ensuring prompt attention to residents' requests, particularly during after-hours operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to residents, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Receive and direct phone calls, emails, and other enquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Receive, record, and escalate residents' requests, complaints, and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide timely assistance to residents during assigned shifts, including after-hours and night duty.
  • Monitor visitors access and maintain visitor records where applicable.
  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare basic administrative reports.
  • Support general administrative and facility operations as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • A male with Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and respond effectively to residents' requests.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where required.
