We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, IT Hardware and Development

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Information Technology
Reports to: General Manager, Administration and Implementation (or Head, IT/ICT)

Role Purpose

• An experienced IT professional is required to manage the organization's IT hardware infrastructure while driving the development and continuous improvement of the company's technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the organization's IT hardware infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral equipment
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT hardware assets
• Drive the development, upgrade, and integration of IT systems to support business operations
• Ensure network security, data protection, and system uptime across the organization
• Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement of hardware/software, and service level agreements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and systems-related issues
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and disaster recovery procedures
• Support the digital transformation and automation initiatives of the organization

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT hardware management and systems development, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and hardware lifecycle management
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft/Cisco certifications) are an advantage
• Experience in an oil and gas or corporate environment is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and vendor management skills.

Salary
N3,000,000 - N5,000,000 / month (negotiable).
