Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing wine distribution company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of wines, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's wine products to retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, bars, and other prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely order processing, product delivery follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent product knowledge.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the wine, beverage, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
