Role Summary
- The Tech Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across Conclase's service offerings.
- This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, thrive on achieving targets, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Promote Conclase's technology consulting, talent outsourcing, corporate training, and software development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent Conclase at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience selling technology solutions or professional services is an advantage.
- Strong network within the corporate ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
