Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting the company's sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, responding professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Provide basic support to customers, troubleshoot simple issues, and escalate complex matters where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to recommend process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that promote customer loyalty.
  • Follow established communication procedures, company policies, and service standards while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and close sales where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is an added advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

N100,000 per month
