Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join its operations team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an organization's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

The Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
• Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) includingengagement, reach, conversions, and follower growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and content creation skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
