About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Digital Creator / Communications Officer to join its Communications Team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, supporting brand visibility, managing online communications, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms.
• Design graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
• Capture, edit, and publish photos, videos, and multimedia content.
• Support internal and external communications initiatives.
• Assist in managing the company's social media presence and digital campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Support corporate events, campaigns, and publicity activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media management and analytics.
• A creative portfolio showcasing previous work is an added advantage.
